Using Google Translate?

A couple of years ago, I started some support forums for my software in other languages, but I was not able to get enough help from people to do proper translations. But lately I have been able to use google translate to understand their questions, and then reply back in their language. It is working quite well, and it's fun too!

Anyone else been using google translate?
And how have you been applying it?

Oh no, it makes me wonder how people manage to understand each other whicle communicating via automated translation, although I guess in situations where communication would otherwise be rendered virtually impossible, this is still an option.

I have found that using simple words and sentence structure makes the translation of my communications readable. Just today, using Google translate I was able to complete a sale to a Spanish speaking user by answering some pre-sales questions.

It is okay to contact me! I have been developing software since 1999, creating many popular products like phpLD.

I have no such problems. Actually was surprised recently on how good it was. Just some minor errors you can easily correct.
