If their landing page isn't any good, what makes you think their offer is worth promoting?

Making Calls To Sell Something? What are you actually saying?
Is there any room for improvement? Want to find out?

the offer is good and also it's easy for me to generate leads for it, it's just from my experience i know that the landing page they have won't make a lot of people convert because it has a lot of information to read and people don't like complicated things.

This is probably against the terms of service of that offer. lots of CPA networks do not want you to make your own landing page because they are testing their own.

I don't think this will work just by copying the code, you are talking about a form that triggers a few different actions after they press submit.

          sounds right.
so in this case what do you suggest ?
just stick to the landing page they have or what ?

Yes, even though it is ugly, it might work the best of the designs they have tested.
