Where to get traffic for "dating" niche?

Not dating per se, but for the "How to become better with women"-niche.

As a product owner in this niche, I can't promote via Adwords. What about facebook? My guess it's going to be hard to get "likes" because nobody wants to admit publicly that they want to become better with women.

I've tried to advertise on porn sites but my squeeze page had an opt-in rate of 0,1% even though it's killer. I don't understand how it can be so low, but it is.

So, any tips aside from getting JV's and affiliates?

Do you think I could do well with Facebook advertising?

I do not want this to sound like a promo. However, I am doing more blog ads now. These are very niche specific for me. Opt in is low if you target a general blog and do not focus your energy. Blogs are the major movers. Google is getting more difficult every year. It is like having a girlfriend that is super BAT $^#+ crazy. She love you. However, she also want to kill you. It is best to stay far away.

"How to become better with women" niche.. Hmm I would target perhaps a younger audience on gaming (E.g Xbox or PlayStation forums or groups) They have great acquisitive power and not really good with girls.

All you have to do is figure out your demographic, i.e. sex, age, location, etc, and then work out where they hang out online then advertise there.

It doesn't have to be on dating sites just wherever that demographic is.

That's how advertising has traditionally worked on TV, radio and in print.

They don't only advertise in places specific to their niche they advertise where the demographic is so people reading certain papers and magazines, watching other shows, listening to certain shows.

If you're advertising where your target demographic is and they are not interested then your offer is most likely the problem.

Your best option is Plenty of Fish ads... You can even search for blog and buy some Ad space. I've never tried the dating niche on Facebook, but FB Ads done right can be very powerful source of traffic.

Find other dating blogs and see if they can sell you Ad space or a sponsored post/review.

I think PPC is the best way to bring traffic to a dating site. Also, posting reviews about the site wherever possible. Using web 2.0 sites to to post review articles can also work.

I did well in the Dating niche with FB, but my offer is not a "dating service" like trying to date with a man or woman.
It's a course about how can women find the right man or how to attract men.
You can laser target your audience very well, but I had some issues with FB to get my ads approved. I had to convince them that my offer wasn't a classic dating service.
They are very picky in this niche with the images and texts you use both in your ad and in your landing page.

Advertise on PUA forums - there are loads of these. Or try men's gadget sites or other sites they might be interested in.

Have you tried Ezinearticles? I'm using it for my relationship advice site/ebook and the traffic is satisfactory.
