Custom T-shirt sites?

I want to offer custom designed T-shirts on one of my websites. Im also going to give some T-shirts away as competitions. What's the best and cheapest way to do this? They'd be dispatched to international customers.

Custom T-shirts are actually quite expensive for most people (especially with shipping in europe). If I were you I would actually go the offline route. Spending $30 (including shipping) for a shirt is quite expensive for some international countries.

You didn't have to give ALL your shirts away. You could have at least saved one to wear in your avatar photo.

I disagree. There are hundreds of SWAG companies that can set you up and provide plenty of price options depending on number of colors, fabric you want to use, and number to order. T-Shirts can be dirt cheap.

Why be concerned about the expense of shipping a shirt across the world? That's the buyer's issue, not yours.

They already mention it all above but you can try and take a look at Society6.com too.

Not sure how it compares, but Zazzle is one of the print-on-demand services that does T-shirts. Someone else already mentioned CafePress which is similar. Google "print on demand" to find others 0:
