I am setting myself a challenge.
I want to make $3000 by 1st of Jan 2014.
I want to make it online.

I do NOT want to:
- Sell my old stuff on ebay.
- Get a real job.

I know i can do that, but i want to make this challenge to make this money online.

Tips and ideas on where to start and how i could make $3000 in 2 months?

What is your current setup online? Do you have a blog? Lead capture page? Etc. Or are you starting from scratch?

That's a pretty high goal to set if you're a newbie.

What's your skills and where are you at right now?

So you've got under 60 days to make $3,000. Assuming you start earning TODAY that's $50. Obviously, you won't start today. So let's say you spend the next week setting up 'xxxxxxx' that gives you, let's say 50 days to make $60 a day. Remember, you need to factor in the xmas period as well.

With such a short space of time, I would recommend selling a service. I know it's probably NOT what you want to hear. But with less than 2 months to make $3,000, unless you have something already in place to launch from then I think you will struggle.

Are you good a writing? Can you use photoshop to design logos/graphics?

If, for example, you're good at writing, you could charge around $10 per article and will only need to write 6 articles a day to get to $3,000 by next year.

The other option is to sell a WSO -- HOWEVER, only do this if you actually have a product of value to sell. Don't write a WSO to make money. Write a WSO to help others (which will ultimately make you money).

PERHAPS, make $3,000 in under 2 months and then set up a WSO "How I went from $0.00 to $3,000 in under 2 months" - As a proper case study so come next year, you already have your next project underway.

Sorry for waffling on but I hope that has helped you with some form of direction.

    Good luck!!

Yes it's possible but at first you need to have proper skills.

Setting an unrealistic 'challenge' for yourself is not going to do you any good at all.

Also where to start is super easy. Start reading the Warrior forum. Then create a action plan for yourself. Asking 'any idea where I can start' is not a good way to get going. Be proactive not reactive.

I would definitely say that setting an unrealistic goal and not meeting that goal will discourage you from doing internet marketing. Not saying that it is not possible but If your starting from scratch I think it's best to start with an realistic goal and building from that.

And if you work hard and keep striving you could surprise yourself and make more that what you set your goals to make.

    All the best.

$3000 by Janurary is 100% NOT unrealistic.

Don't listen to people telling you that your goal is "too high"

Because those who achieve results at a high level set high goals that are actually WORTHWHILE and that drive them to achieve that goal.

    Think about it this way.

If you have two outcomes that you can achieve by putting in the effort

(for example)....1. You get an all expenses vacation to Bora Bora in a bungalow right on the beach with fine food served to you every day

    or

    2. You get a weekend stay in Columbus, Ohio

Which one are you ACTUALLY going to work harder for to achieve?

Setting worthwhile goals, and getting CLEAR and DEFINITE on them is a huge part of actually making them happen.

By setting a definite goal, you are already a step in the right direction....now work the desire to achieve that goal into all out OBSESSION and you will find opportunities pop up in your life simply because you have and ability to see and recognize them.

Go out and get that $3000 by January. You 100% absolutely can do it.

If you do not want a "job", then focus on IM methods which can be effectively scaled-up and outsourced. If you sell your time for money (writing articles or whatever), then you effectively have a "job" This narrows your choices of IM methods, and that is a GOOD thing, because there are a LOT of IM methods, so anything which cuts down the options is good!

Set a more realistic challenge as a newbie.

What are your skills? Artistic? Good with words? Logical?

I've got some bad news for you: no one is going to tell you how to make $3,000 in 2 months. Not for free, anyway.

Focus on your cash flow now. I would start with honing your writing skill as there is always a demand for good writers. Start picking up some freelance work. Also, look at some of the good writers on here like Tiffany Dow and be willing to invest a little on their advice so you can work smarter and not harder and slowly pick up bigger projects as you develop your reputation. You can get there but you need to take action now!
