Certainly building your email list would be a good way to spend the money as what you want is repeat visits after the initial spend runs out. How about offering a free ebook on the adwords landing page in exchange for 'signing up'? Something like 'Top 10 Ways To Save Money On Gadgets In 2013'.

Just don't spam your email list, or you'll soon lose them as quickly as you gained them!

Ideally I would say you would want to create an original ebook, but otherwise a google search for 'free ebooks for redistribution' should get you what you need.

I would probably recommend mailchimp for building your initial list... it's free :-)

... but affiliate marketers aren't welcome there (to put it mildly).

I think it's a very good way to start. Good luck.

(Please don't take it the wrong way, but it really isn't necessary to post in this prominent, large, bold typeface ... and may even dissuade some people from replying to your posts here, through a little irritation ).

I would go for direct advertising, but I'm no expert in the field.

You "expect" more advice? As in, you are entitled to more advice?

I'm going to chalk this one up to what sounds like a non-native grasp of English...

First off, lose the bold type - you don't need it.

I would cash in that Google coupon, but not be in a huge rush to spend it. You'll need to spend some of your time and traffic testing and improving your landing page and opt-in offer. I can pretty much guarantee you won't get it right the first try out of the gate.

With a $100 budget in a very competitive market, I'd spend my time nibbling around the edges with "long tail" keywords, and try to get people onto an email list. Then communicate with them regularly, offering more than just affiliate links.

Before you spend a dime, spend time reading the blogs and other materials by Perry Marshall and Dr. Glenn Robinson to get a feel for using Adwords.

One way to stretch your budget is by using site or page targeted ads on the content network. You can hand-pick pages to advertise on and use ads customized for that site/page. With a good freebie offer, you might even test paying by cpm, or cost per thousand exposures.

The bottom line is that you might want to feel your way in, spending your budget in small doses until you find something that works for you. When you do, try another small trial to see if you can repeat it. If you can, then scale up with larger investments.
