Graphic Design Outsourcing - Dedicated Resources

Does anyone know where I can hire Graphic Designers on a Month to Month basis?

Just like you can get dedicated resources for Web Development & Coding, etc., I'm looking for a place to find graphic designers that I can hire
on a Month to Month basis.

This means they have the ability to work Part-Time or Full-Time (meaning 20 hrs per week & 40 hrs. per week).

I'm seeking places that can offer this service specifically, besides the typical:
1. Elance.com
2. Guru.com
3. Odesk.com
4. rentacoder.com

Does anyone help out here?

      I'm not convinced the Warrior Hire forum would be able to offer what I need.
      This is the level at what Elance, Guru, & Odesk offers, but but to do Month to Month work.
      If you have any other ideas that wuold help.

        Ok .. I think you are selling the talent here short...

        I am a site developer and yes I do design, have been for years. I have taken on client on a month to month basis, I have also done contracts for 12 months at a time. I know many designers would if you offer them a decent wage for the work they do.

        I am not looking to take on any clients so this is not a plug for myself but as I said there are many talented people right here that you can talk to, get to know, discuss your ideas, and etc which those freelance sites limit you to doing that.

          You should check out GraphicsGenie.com as he offers or did offer a monthly rate for a custom minisite each month.

          Really you need to be more clear about what you need in your thread. Obviously to say you need graphic designer is a very vague request. You need to list specifics, like what you would need on a month to month basis, be it eCovers, Headers, 3D Objects, Animation, etc.

          Some designers specialize in various styles of design. There are some that are really good at ecovers while others are excellent at putting together sales page graphics. Some are great at modding images to create cartoon looking images and others are great at special effects kind of graphics like swirls, spirals, etc.

          You live in Boston so I am certain there are graphics design schools where you could probably find recent graduates to work for cheap.

          Just a thought.

    One of the best designer I know is James McDonald.

    flockey.com - He does amazing work! $330 is his cost but very well worth it. Infact much more worth!

    This very well may be what you're looking for. Oliver Turner, the guy who owns the site, is one of Maria Andros' clients and does a lot of business with IMers. Never used this service before, but I've heard some good things about it.

      Very impressive. Staff in seconds is affordable. I guess that's the price you pay for the convenience of not having to find the staff. You could probably get the same staff off of CL for half that price. But then you would have to monitor their performance on your own.

      Looks like that is exactly what you are looking for, Templar, IMHO.

        I also stumbled upon a company based in the Philippines a while back that essentially offers the same set of services for around $4-5 bucks per hour. It was even featured on MSNBC (if i'm not mistaken) in a segment about outsourcing. I would post the link but I honestly cannot remember the URL. A couple of google searches might pull it up though.

        Anyhow, Oliver's service seems reasonably priced... However, like some of the others have already mentioned, I still would check the forum to see if there's a fellow warrior that can help. There are some very intelligent and more than capable folks here to say the least.
