Autoresponders: The Best Way To Track Sign Ups And Clicks/Buys?

I have multiple traffic sources to my website/s and would like to not only track where the mailing list sign ups have come from, but to also track who clicks (and/or ends up buying) on my affiliate links in my emails according to traffic source.
I have CPV Lab... is this something it could do?
Otherwise the only other way I could think of would be to create separate but identical web pages/mailing lists for each traffic source. Then on my emails, have a different tracking link for each one.
I hope that makes sense. I use Aweber. Any input/comments are much appreciated, thank you!
