Creative Email Marketing Campaigns

I am looking for new, creative ways to create email campaigns. I have done campaigns in the past. For the client I have in mind I generally send a coupon and a newsletter once per month. The client is in the health foods industry.

Any suggestion helps.

    Is your client based online or offline? I think you should mail/email more often. Plain text emails that get sent out every 4 days works great. Any reason you want to deviate from that?
