Hi warriors,

I know there was once that something went wrong with Paypal that caused the problem that we're not allowed to do OTOs or recruit JVs on the WSO thread.

What exactly was the issue? And what's the latest rules for that?

You are not allowed to advertise for affiliates within a WSO. I'm not sure why you believe you can't have an OTO, though.
