How do you create a header optin on a website

Is there a wordpress plugin that allows to create a header optin like the one in Marie Forleo will help you create a business and life you love. I am looking to create a header optin not only for the homepage but for all the pages and posts.

    No plugin will do what you want. You need to find a free form builder on the web and make sure your size is correct for your header, then open editor in your dashboard find header.php and paste the code for your form after the last <div>.

    That's something that has been coded into the theme. You won't find a plugin that can do that to just any theme. Depending on your theme I would find a Wordpress developer and have them make this edit to your own theme. It shouldn't be overly complicated for someone in the know how.

      There are probably some themes that have widgetized headers. i know mine does, I use Flexsqueeze. There are probably some others that might be able to do something similar.

      I guess they would be more like theme frameworks than themes, you can probably do that with Thesis or Genesis.
