What are you doing with any spam bot followers you get on Twitter?

Today I got a dozen or so from different alphabet letters like TyUbt with the same name on Twitter...do you block? do you report them? if so where?

Twitter usually deletes them, I just ignore them, not even worth the effort to try and block every one of them.
