What's the best way to market Niche Sites for sale

From your experience, what's the best way to market a store that sells niche websites, domain names and marketing ebooks? The websites are automated amazon stores, social media marketing business, mp3 music sites and other custom requests.

I have an inventory of sites that I've had for awhile that I decided to sell instead of trying to send traffic to them individually. I ended up setting up a storefront called startupremedy.com and since it takes longer to get targeted traffic what's the best method to promote this type of store for immediate results.

So far I've started flippa auctions which seems to work well but ultimately I'd prefer to make the sale from my own site to avoid extra fees.

Any suggestions? Thanks

    Flippa is, by far, the leader when it comes to buying/selling sites. It's a DIY auction house where you can list both domains and sites.

    If your sites are up and earning a bit of cash every month, you can also consider listing with us at EmpireFlippers. Right now, you're best off selling sites with us that are earning $100 - $500 per month as that seems to be the range where we have quite a few buyers. (Under $100 and it's not worth it for us/you...we can do up to $5K/month, but harder to sell)

      Thanks for the suggestion, I've actually read your blog before this so I'm familiar with your work. I'm just selling brand new sites and some sites with aged domains and page rank so that they can sell for more of flippa.

    I will recommend you to crack some JV's with warriors with huge Email subscribers. In My opinion, this will be fastest and most profitable way of selling your inventory.

      Thanks, for the recommendation, it sounds like a good idea. I haven't don't any JV's before. Wouldn't I need to setup my site with an affiliate URL or coupon code to give to the JV partner so I could track any sale that came from their list?
