Merge my 2 brands? Market both? What to do?

Hi guys, I have a pretty successful video creation service,.

I also have a pretty new venture with a US partner.

1st Page Listings is aimed at higher end clients, we rank videos, sms marketing, lead page design etc...
Now, when I get clients through Bring It Video, I up sell them the promo services on 1st Page Listings... I don't really like that I'm sending them to a different site, brand etc.. I'm sure this is hurting conversions.

Bring It Video is an aged site, 1st Page Listings is new.

I'm not really sure how to proceed...

1. Keep both sites, but color, brand them the same?
2. Merge both into a new site? Covering all services?
3. Don't change either site, but offer each others services on each

Would really appreciate any feedback

    You might consider an Umbrella company, which will allow you to list both companies/services and any future ones you add down the road.

    This will allow you to merge, and still keep them separated should you want to sell a chunk down the road.
