CPA Traffic Help? Looking At Adware Traffic

Hey warriors,

I am doing a bit a cpa recently with some mixed results so far, I have seen numerous thread on this forum about using adware networks such as mediatraffic and traffic vance as a source of targeted traffic at low costs,

any way I was looking to sign up and I am not 100% sure if i sign up as a publisher or a adveriser. Now I asume it's as an advertiser but could someone please clear this up for me?

You are an "advertiser" when you are buying traffic from a CPV traffic source like MediaTraffic, TrafficVance, etc...
