Is it OK to use PLR content for an ebook ?

If so where is the best place to get it ?

    Depends on the restrictions placed on the plr when you purchased it. If there are no restrictions it would be advisable to rewrite the articles so they are yours. IE rewrite about 30% or more.

    Absolutely use PLR for an eBook, that's why PLR was created, as far as I'm concerned. There are so many places to find it, starting right here at WF as mentioned. I alter the PLR material very little before I use it.

    Yes, usually you can use PLR for an ebook ( I guess you need to check the TOS or license before you do though).

    I second the vote for niche-content-packages.com - their stuff is among the best PLR plus the article packs are bigger (more than 10 articles usually) and they give you a graphic you can use as a book cover. I've used their stuff a few times to make small ebooks or reports for some of my niches.
