Where to Place Call-to-Action in My Ebook?
I put hours into doing research to make sure it adds a ton of value. I know it does, partly because I was once a part of the target market that our ebook serves.
The ebook will be available for free on our website.
I want to add calls-to-action to the book so that people that appreciate the content can take the next step to becoming clients/customers if they choose.
I was thinking about adding those calls-to-action to the headers or footers of each page in the book (it's 42 pages-long).
I thought this was a good idea, because I wanted to be sure to get the call-to-action in front of every single person that downloads the book...
There will be people that will simply go to the table of contents and won't read the whole book, so putting it in the header of every page of the book was my way of making sure everyone sees it.
Do you think that is overkill? The call to action isn't prompting them to purchase anything; it's simply prompting them to download another report that can help them get more acquainted with us, to potentially take them one step closer to working with us.
So again, do you think putting a call-to-action in the header of each page of the ebook is too much?
