How much did you make before Quitting Your Day Job?

A- More Than your day job income
B- Three quarter your day job income
C-Double your day job income
D- $5000 per month

    I made double my day job income - and made sure it was nice and stable for three consecutive months before pulling the plug on my job.

      How much you earn is only 1/2 of the equation. I would say you should have 6-12 months income in savings before you quit your job. When you then add in how much you are earning (double your job is good), you can make good business decisions and not make them based totally on lack of money.
