Traffic/advertising co-ops success?

Has anybody found an advertising co-op as a traffic source and has good results (lots of conversion/opt-in) with it? Specifically promoting a squeeze page? Thanks

      But are they buying? There's a guy here who has a solo ad review listing and there are some documented cases of dudes hiring microworkers to sign up to solo ad buyers' lists. Also, lots of cases of repetitive IPs and other telltale signs. I'm not saying that is your situation but unless those optins are buying, it might be too early to mention the phrase 'good results.' Just saying...

    It's the major challenge for online marketers isn't it? Where to find great targeted buyer traffic.

    So that I can give you a quality answer, what are you promoting via your squeeze page? (different markets require, generally, different solutions)
