Squeeze page vs popup vs slider?

What are everybody's thought on this comparison?

If I have a site with my own products and aff links, do I really need a squeeze? I'd prefer a good slider as they are the least intrusive. Or a popup, since it can be on a content page (and scheduled once per visitor).

I know people here love squeeze pages, and they fill a role. But it that needed for everyone?

It is not needed for everyone. But squeeze pages are important when you want to work on with email marketing.

We all know as online marketers that money is in the list so the more subscribers you have, the better for you hence squeeze pages is what all marketers use.

If you have a site which only lists the products then you can have a pop-up to ensure they subscribe to your blog and you update them when a new product is available or something alike.

It depends on the kind of a website you have.

Squeeze pages are not needed for everyone unless they try to collect emails. Those work best when doing email marketing.

But for your site i would suggest a pop up to collect emails and a slider to show off your best products.

    Hope it helps.

Yeah I wil definitely use emil marketing, in the sense of sending exclusive freebies and notifying of new products and recommended aff products.

By slider I actually meant a "slide-in", as in something that slides in along the bottom part of the screen but doesnt block the screen entirely like a pop-up.

I’d explain it to you, but your brain would explode.
