For a long time I have used the calender in MS Outlook to organise and prioritise my work tasks, but now I need something more powerful as I am just so busy, I need to find some software that does several simple things.
Let's me enter a new task with a deadline and duration.
Automatically organises task by deadline and duration whilst making best use of workinghours.
Draw a gantt chart of the whole thing.
It also needs to be simple, I could use MS Project but it's just overkill for this.
