Default Reported Attack Site! What's the deal?

Hey guys,

Apologies if this is something that has been discussed previously on the WF, but I need to understand what's going on here.

I understand this is a Firefox 3 thing, but that's about as far as it goes.

For my own peace of mind, can someone tell me:

a) Is this something someone can inflict on any website?

b) Is there anything website owners can do to prevent it happening?

c) Is there anything site owners can do to reverse this if their site is flagged?

Before you ask, no it hasn't happened to me, but I see a few big sites have suffered. I know that we can adjust our security settings as FF users, but from what I'm reading, this is pretty damaging right?

Cheers in advance for any words of wisdom.

Can you provide a bit more information on the specific 'attack' you are talking about at the moment.
