Anyone have a recommendation on a phone broadcasting company? A way to send out recorded messages with the option of recording a message after the recording? Thanks

Robocalls are completely illegal if you're doing it for-profit US-US. $5k fine/call + potential class-action civil penalties are enough to keep me away from that kind of stuff.

I would love to hear if someone knows how one could leave a pre-recorded message when making manual calls though. When i'm calling clients I get so sick of leaving the same voicemail 200 times/day. Would love to just press a button on my headset and make the next call on line 2.

Not to mention how they are super annoying to the person receiving the call. So you are likely to get reported to police for harassment or other local authorities and end up paying fines. There could be lots of bad collateral damage from doing robocalls. As you said, best to avoid as it's illegal.

I'm not asking for a mass way to bombard thousands of people. I'm actually asking as a way to automate follow up with people who "agree" to receive that call. Person by person. Almost like when people sign up for an email series etc..

This is true. Before internet marketing I used to manage an outbound telemarketing center. Almost every US based telemarketing center that marketed directly to the public was forced out of business with the new telemarketing laws.

Either outsource it to another country like canada or india who call into the US with no penalties, or avoid it all together.

Are they illegal too if you call a business? Especially if you call them after hours?

How would they even be able to tell (if you make it sound naturally and don't call them a bunch of times in a row so they can tell it's always the same)?

'Coz I just got a course that suggested that...

        Thanks!
