Ive left the starting post ....Thanks for the help

And so, after posting, reading, bookmarking and re-reading the threads here for the past few months I have made the first real move into the IM world.

I am building my own WP site and the product will be a physical one to start aimed at the health/weightloss with a specific niche.

My header is my opt in form with a free guide (still being planned and written)

My articles are well on their way and just need tuning up.

I have a few ideas for niche products and they are around my own products, one more a physical product as an affiliate and another (digital product) which is aimed at anyone wanting or dealing in property.

I am walking into this with an open mind and prepared to fail if need be, but I won't be disappointed about this, rather I will see it as further learning. Of course if it does well, then great :-).

I still have questions, but I wanted to say thanks again for the help.

Now that you have taken action you are already ahead of 90% of the people...wish you all the very best. Just keep learning and implementing. There are way too many good people in here to help you out, so when in doubt, ask!

Great! Also glad to hear that you're willing to fail - that's a winning mindset already.

The trick is to research mistakes and learn about them BEFORE you commit them. If you do commit them, post about them here or on your own blog so that other newbs don't make them.

I wish you all the best.

Congratulations on getting up and getting going.

I am going to disagree on only one small idea. I think it would be to your benefit to be prepared to succeed more than to be prepared to fail. Or maybe be prepared for making changes in your plan if you want a different outcome than the one you got on the first go-round.

Yeah, maybe I wasn't clear here. the reading and prep so far is indeed to make the best go with the knowledge I have so far. I just mean that I am aware that things don't always go as well as you expect and so I won't be found in a corner with my head in my hands if my plan hits a bump :-)

That makes sense to me. I hear the "don't be afraid to fail" idea so often that sometimes its the first thing that people talk about when they are starting something. I found for myself that when i just viewed the results I got from the thought that if I liked the results, I would do more of the same, and if i did not like the results, I would change I made a lot more progress toward getting what I wanted.

Failure should never ever stop you from taking actions.
At the end of the day we learn lot from failures as well.
Go ahead with it and with the commitment and homework you have, I am sure, you will succeed.
    Good Luck
