I've been writing a lot of articles lately. Not a great proofreader of my own material unless I wait a few days to a week. Even then I miss things. I was considering a scheduling system in which I posted reminders to myself to let review the article after leaving it fallow, or possibly hiring another Warrior to do the job. These made it hard to release timely articles, however, and added a layer complexity.

At the same time I have started to do video versions of my articles, which are simply slideshows with an audio track of me reading the article. (There's some riveting material...) Presto! Instant foolproof answer to my dilemma! Reading the article out loud for the audio track/podcast helps me catch both spelling and syntax errors, adds only about 15 minutes to the daily routine, and of course gives me more content to distribute!
