Hostgator Reseller Down

INTERNET MARKETING

Anyone else having this problem? Been waiting well over 8 hours, was told that everything was back online, but my sites weren't. So I went into their live chat system, waited 30 minutes only to get kicked out and have to wait another 30 minutes. Gave them a call, was put on hold for well over 30 minutes. At this point, I'm ready to switch hosts. What would you guys recommend for good reseller hosting that actually has a semblance of customer service?

Edit: Their system just kicked me out again so I'm switching hosts right now, any recommendations?
