Clickbank Owes Me $750 I Think. Here's What Happened

Hi,

so I use to make a little money with clickbank. Anyways in the last 2 years I have had my minimum threshold for payment set at $50. Well I was looking through my clickbank reports and I have $750 worth of sales that say "threshold" next to them. They are small payments like $24, $45 etc.

Will I get these payments if I change threshold to $10 in my settings? Or will clickbank ever pay me this money? Just wondering. Thanks

Is it as simple as changing min threshold to $10 to claim my money? Thanks

Why don't you change the minimum threshold and see?

Well I want to talk to a worker first. Im afraid to do it then I might lose sight of which payments they owe me. I will do it tomorrow after talking to a worker there on the phone. I was just curious since they are closed right now if anyone knew.

I think these are your dormant fees. Have you been using your account? If your account is left dormant for a certain period of time, they start charging you money each month until you have no money left.

    DORMANT ACCOUNTS

Accounts with a positive balance but no earnings for an extended period of time are considered dormant. Dormant accounts are subject to a charge of $1 per pay period after 90 days of no earnings, $5 per pay period after 180 days of no earnings, and $50 per pay period after 365 days of no earnings.

Correct me if i'm mistaken, but as long as i remember...
i think you need to have few sales that's paid with credit card... (5... if i'm not mistaken?)

if your selling don't have any payment paid with CC, that money will still goes on Clickbank threshold... no matter how low you set up the threshold amount...

you can check the clickbank's term and condition to make sure if my info is correct or maybe there already t&c changes lately... :>

been off CB for sometime .... lol

    Warm regards,
    hendy August

What you say is confusing. If you make not enough per pay-period and it would say "threshold" the amount would carry over to the next pay-period. As soon as you make more sales, the threshold at some point would be reached and the amount which has been accumulated so far will be paid to you.

So you're saying you made $700+ in sales, but none of this has been paid to you?

I have reason to believe those are not really more sales but you're looking at your weekly/bi-weekly stats (which are carried over from before if you haven't been paid) where it says your account balance may be about $45 ish...but each time payday comes it hasn't been paid to you since you're still under threshold. Eg. if you click on the "reporting" tab and then it says repeatedly "earnings for pay-period....date (threshold)".

    Like here:

    Period Ending Status

    2013-11-06 $158 PAID
    2013-10-23 $82 Threshold
    2013-10-09 $55 Threshold
    2013-09-25 $42 Threshold
    2013-09-11 $32 Threshold

Only on 11/06 the threshold was reached and you got paid the amount, the other numbers are your account balance carried over each time.
