Craigslist Marketing Questions

Hello Warriors:

Hope the day is going well.

Could you please answer some Craigslist questions?

1) Let's say somebody wanted to promote Cost Per Action offers (or any other for that matter) and used Craigslist. How many ads per day can they post and in how many cities?

2) In order to post are you registering an account?

3) The people that have talked about breaking the rules for their own benefit) using Proxy Software (am I off on the name?) does that keep changing the internet address it appears as to where they are posting? Couldn't they get caught anyway because even if the address is different wouldn't the same ad in 50 cities be a red flag to the software Craigslist would use to police the site (or any other posting opportunity wesbite)? I'm obviously in favor of playing by the rules but attempting to understand what they are discussing,

    if you are planning on bulk posting to craiglist you can save yourself a LOT of headache by outsourcing it. Places like SEOclerks have people who will post your ad 10-50 times in different cities for a small fee.

    Need a VPN and knowledge of how to use it when posting to craigslist, as they track IPs of multiple postings and if one of your ads get removed, chances are they all do. Plus it takes a lot of time.

    Specialists will post each ad under a different IP address with wiped cookies.

      Thanks for reply.

      One of the questions did not get answered, (I don't want to break the rules) and that is if I am following Craigslist Terms of Service how many ads can I place per day in the city I reside and can I place them anywhere else.

      Sorry if I did not articulate this better. Here goes.
      Jane and John Doe live in Anywhere, USA. How many times per day can they place the ad in the Anywhere, USA section?

      Can they also place it in Nowhere, USA, and so on? If that is possible how many outside cities are you allowed to post to?
