The best place to find a IM professional?

Hello Warrior Forum,

My company is looking to add another IM professional to our team on a full-time, in house basis.

We've tried the major blanket resume websites (Indeed, Career Builder, Monster etc.) but the applicants we've received haven't been extremely impressive. In previous experiences, hunting for a designer or developer is a bit easier because of the wealth of websites specifically geared toward the job hunt for those areas. Haven't been able to turn up many (reputable) resources for IM professionals.

We would like to avoid the route of a recruiter if we can, which is what i'm reaching out to this community. When you look for a job, where do you go? When you've had to hire IM professionals in the past, where did you look?

Thanks!

WarriorForum doesn't appear to have a job board though? If they don't, they definitely should get one. It would be very valuable to all small business owners (like myself) looking to staff talented IM professionals!

Good suggestion But you might find the right person in Warriors For Hire Section.
There are some good experts over there depending on what you are looking for.

Noted, and I will be placing my ad on here shortly. OUTSIDE of this website, what are some other reputable websites I can look at to get the word out further?

Being more specific, if you are looking for IM professionals (SEO experts, marketing experts, affiliate experts, content experts), this forum is the best.

If you are looking for designers, programmers, web developers - you can still find them in this forum or the sitepoint forum. Other freelance sites like elance.com can help as well...

We're seeking IM professionals, for Designers and Developers we have a wealth of resources.

More specifically, I'm seeking local candidates that are willing to work in house at least a portion of their time. I've tried local listings as well as the blanked websites I had mentioned earlier, but the results have been 'fair' at best.

That's why I was reaching out to the forum to see if there was a more targeted job board I could be overlooking.
