Want to get continuous free traffic - How?

So I have two different products. One entry-level and one more expensive. I also have a free report and written autoresponders for all three products.

All in all, I have a whole funnel set up that converts people into sales automatically.

Up until now I've only done deals with affiliates and with paid traffic. But lets say that I want to "semi-retire" this business of mine and have it all run on autopilot, what do I do?

Basically I want to be able to leave this business pretty much altogether and just have sales pouring in automatically. I want to stop handling it and come back in 2-3 years time, and still have sales pouring in!

Should I create a blog, write articles and rank for specific keywords? Is that the way to go here or should/can I do something else?

    If you have time to rank websites naturally in the search engines, then do that. But this takes time. Maybe a lot more time than you are willing to invest now.

    I recommend you look into developing a pay per click campaign that drives traffic through search engines. The key here is to develop a paid campaign that will give you a return on your investment. So, for example, spending $10 in Google Adwords should result in enough sales to generate a return over $10. So if you get one sale of $19 for an eBook, you will make your money back that day. This is pretty easy to do if you have a good sales funnel in place. This is as automated as I would ever want a marketing campaign to be.

    I don't think there is any real marketing campaign that will be successful in the long run without at least some supervision whether it be you who is doing it or someone that works for you.

    Something else you can do is outsource marketing to someone else. You can have a virtual assistant doing the routine work for you or you can develop an affiliate program for your products so that other marketers can advertise your products. You will make less per sale, because you must commission your affiliates, but you will not have to worry about marketing the product past having a sales funnel in place.

      I added that after I edited my post. I honestly think those are your options. And really it is one option using two mediums. You need someone else to market for you in order to create a business that is set it and forget it.

      Like I said in my previous post however, the first option would be to rank websites naturally in the search engines. You can have a stream of natural traffic coming in without you having to do anything; except your rankings in the search engines can drop from competition or alterations in search algorithms so it would still require some maintenance along with the time it takes to rank content.

    Yes, thanks, but I know all that. Like I said, I already run paid traffic. What I want to do is make everything 100% automated so that I can start to work on other projects.

    If you want continuous set it and forget it traffic it's good a good idea to get Great Content (ie videos, articles etc ...) ranked for related keywords.

    If the content is good and relevant ... it should stick around for years to come

      Given the dynamic industry we deal in I strongly think you would need to have processes and may be people to replace you while you are away. This is essential to react to various issues that your business can possibly run into. As far as free traffic goes there are numerous ways. Please do some research in the forum for keywords below

      1) Youtube traffic
      2) Social media traffic
      3) SEO traffic
      4) Forum Traffic

    Me too.

    In all seriousness, can you outsource the oversight of recruiting affiliates and your PPC campaigns and still be profitable?

    Ask affiliates if they'll add promoting your product(s) in their permanent email sequence. Maybe bump up their commission for doing so.

    Yeah all great advice, I also think you're going to have to hire someone to replace you, if you leave it alone long enough it will die off (customer service?), especially if your competitors start to innovate or create better ads and offers than you.

    Even if you have articles, videos and other properties ranking for you today, you cannot assume that you'll have traffic for ever. With the amount of competition to dominate the search engines, any search traffic can be only short to medium term. You'll need someone can continue to create articles and videos regularly to sustain traffic from search engines.

      Isn't that every Internet marketer's dream? There is absolutely nothing like getting consistent traffic, day after day, without paying for it.

      However, what you need to keep in mind is that there is nothing called free lunch. If you want to start getting traffic for free then you will have to invest time or money into creating quality content that attracts this traffic.

      If you look around, people who are generating lots of free and targeted traffic to their website have already invested a lot into producing useful content that their target audience likes.

      So my suggestion would be to start a blog. But not just any blog, but a blog that focuses on delivering consistent value to its readers day in and day out. Yes, starting a reputable blog that gets noticed and that gets interested visitors takes time. But in the end, it's really worth it.

      There are a lot of people trying to get traffic that can grow on its own. But the mistake that they are making is they are focusing on traffic generation methods there are short-term. If you want lots of people visiting your website then you have two think long-term. You will have to build a brand that your audience can connect to.

      Your blog will be your asset. It will be the doorway that people get into your website. It will be a way to educate your target audience and convert them into loyal readers. These readers can then be easily converted into customers given that you are consistently building trust by giving them valuable content.


      Remember that every single step the UK two words giving your visitors something that will make them come back for more to help you establish yourself. And this will ultimately help you create lots of repeat traffic these visitors.

    Internet Marketing strategies to get traffic changes from time to time.
    Some times it's totally depends on "Organic Traffic-SEO"
    Paid PPC, Solo Ads, sometimes it may be the dominance of Face Book,Twitter etc.

    So, concentrate mostly on investing on best PPC advertising cause to organic traffic there is no guaranty.
