I read some where that the bigger your list,
the more you paid for your auto-responder
Is this a fact?

    It depends but in most cases, yes, autoresponders charge per number of subscribers. Thus the more subscribers you have the more money you pay.

    it depends honestly every auto responded is different. Take, Mail jol for instance it's free and $10 a yr if you have large quantity. I find it works very, very effective.

    Yeah its true, the bigger your list is, the higher the charges is most likely to be. However the price per subscriber varies for different auto-responders but all of them have pretty much the same rule.

    Most of the bigger third-party ESP will charge a higher rate as the
    size of your list grows. How much more resources a bigger email
    list uses I'm not so sure it it justifies the higher pricing.
