Amazon Pricing Question
I ask because I'm thinking of doing all of my Christmas shopping on Amazon this year, on Cyber Monday. But I'd like to have my cart loaded and ready to go - then pull the trigger when the deals start at Midnight, before everything is out of stock. If I put everything I want in the cart now, when I come back on Cyber Monday will I see the Cyber Monday "deal price" in my cart? Or the price I already agreed to when I added it the first time?
In any normal eCommerce shopping cart you would always see the current item price, but Amazon doesn't always work that way - prices can vary based on a variety of factors, including whether you came in from a paid ad or not, other items you purchased, and whatever other multivariate/price tests they run on a regular basis. So I'm wondering if what I'm thinking will work and save me some time, or if I'll just end up paying the higher price.
