need some help with fiverr

Hello,
I decided to try fiverr, I made a gig with the simple "i will do" post your link on my twitter twice a day for 5 days.

first, I'd like some feedback to my gig. I appreciate polite criticism and suggestions in order to improve it, especially since this is my first. The following is the link:

share your link with my 500 plus followers - fiverr

Second, once I adjust it according to suggestions. i'm looking for someone who would be willing to be my guinea pig(so to speak). I'm looking for someone who will be patient as i fumble through it because I'm sure the first time will be inefficient while I figure out how to complete requests.

I don't know what happens after someone places an order. do I get an email? how do they send me the link? I still need a good way to prove to the buyer I did what I said i would do, so far I can only think about taking a screen shot and emailing it to them, but for my gig that would be a lot of screen shots.

HELP!

Well bud in my experience with twitter marketing 500 followers isn't large enough to make an impact. Twitter is like the radio you only see the tweets when you're tuned in at the right time. At any one time someone could be following 1000 or more people so the likelyhood of them seeing your tweet is very low.

Look at your competition most fiverr gigs that are similar to yours have 10k plus followers and honestly that is still worthless.

My advice is to find a new gig because you most likely won't make any money. If it's that easy most likely no one will pay for it. I have 5000 followers and I find that to be low so 500 won't really get anyone excited.

What else could you offer as a gig?

I have two different niches, but they do overlap. One focuses on working from home and small business. The other is simply family life. They overlap because a lot of my followers work at home so they can be with their family. People mostly share tips and secrets of marketing or creating a successful family life. I think its a good combination. I'm still pretty new to Twitter so ironing out which followers contribute, but so far most do with lots of links being shared are retweeted.
I have just under 600, 587 to be exact, but that grows by about 20-30 (real) people per day. I know I don't have as many followers, but as I said, it is growing. To compensate for the lack of followers I thought about having a larger number of posts I am willing to do. I did see a couple adds that seem to be pretty busy, but with under 300 followers.
Its not one of those situations where if i don't sell I don't eat so i thought I would start out small rather than waiting for thousands of followers.

First of all 500 followers isn't much at all compared to (many) other gigs available. Focus on building your list and once you hit 1000+ followers I'm sure you'll have more customers.

If I were you I would not only (or not at all) give a screenshot but I would give the (I believe it's called) "permalink" to the tweet. Because if you remove the tweet the permalink doesn't work! That means that I can control if the tweet is still up with the link to the tweet (permalink).

Thanks for the help. Since my last post I now have over 1,000...1,065 to be exact, but this number grows by the day. I've made sure they are real people, which is pretty easy as the fake accounts seem easy to spot...and avoided. Apparently work from home and parenting sites are fast to gain followers so long as you're active in the conversations. Useful and interesting information to.
I have gone the permalink route. Even though I've never used them Youtube has some decent videos to learn.
I'm still looking for a someone that will help me stumble through the process for the first time. If you are interested either now or later please reply to this post so i get a message on my phone.

      Again, thanks for the help.

    1. The picture is not appealing whatsoever. It looked like an amateur did it in 5 minutes without even trying. I suggest you completely remove that picture and either put some time and effort into the next one, or outsource the picture. After all, the first impression will always be the last. Alternatively, a video would enhance the amount of impressions your gig will receive. It is absolutely true when they say your video will become more established with an impressive video which sells your service to potential clients.

    2. Be more engaging in the description. 20 words is way too concise, especially with four worded sentence(s). Be more elaborate, give them something to actually WANT to order your gig. Nothing from what your gig has to offer impresses me, despite it only being $5.

    3. You should have a second picture of your twitter account which verifies your following, reassuring your clients that you indeed do have a following.

    4. Send support an email and ask them politely if they could help you promote your service. They will nearly always comply, and it definitely works. Just yesterday one of my gigs was receiving 500~ page views which is less than what it used to get. As a result, I sent an email to the support team, receiving an email promptly stating that the gig was promoted where people would find it easier. I woke up the next morning with three orders (one $15 (gig extra)).

    5. If you acquire the skill -- sell something such as writing. There are so many gigs offering promotions to the point you really don't have much of a chance, particularly with the design of your gig.

I'm being blunt because I want to help you -- and it works.

thanks for the suggestions. I don't mind blunt because that's how improvements are made, as long as you're polite about it. I don't like video's for personal reasons, but I agree I need to come up with a more professional picture. I made the one I'm using just so I can get something up so I can learn the process. I'm working on a more professional picture/photo.

I'm not sure what the issue is with a video. You don't have to appear in the video as it could just be a simple animation or something similar. It's up to you though, just understand that videos are indeed a great investment.
