I too faced exactly same problem, suddenly many shipped items were also excluded from report. Income gone less than 50% in my case.

Anyone else seeing this similar situation?

I have EXACTLY the same problem! The number of ordered items remains the same, the number of shipped items decreased when the day before yesterday was just all right. The number of returned item is 0, so i have no clue what is going on with AMAZON at the moment!

Yes they seem to be going through a bit of a glitch, If you take a look in the Amazon discussion message board in your associates account you will see lots of other people having the same problem.

Yep my earnings are down by 40% too. In earnings report the number of shipped items are equal to the number of ordered items but the earnings is only for 40% of the shipped items which is insane. May be its some kind of glitch in your reporting and hope they fix it soon. Glad to see that i am not the only one out there with the problem.

I was just thinking about that again this morning. I had the same problem. Looked to see if there were returns last night when I looked, but didn't see any. ?

Seems like they have fixed the problem. My earnings are backed up till 23rd, still waiting for today's report to be updated.

I had the same issue last month (at the same time as you guys reported it) but it got fixed a few days later.

However, today my reported income again has dropped to less than half of what it was yesterday! Seems the bug strikes again...

Do we have to get used to this with Amazon now?! This is kind of annoying...

It's a glitch and only has to do with the report system; your actual sales are properly registered. If you go to "Earnings Report" and do an XML/TSV export of your earnings for the entire month, the exported report should show the proper values even if the on-site reports are incorrect.
