Why is the gravity for the top clickbank products declining so much?

This has been happening over the last year now.

Is this a sign that affiliate marketing is dying and will soon be dead? Are the top product owners now making significantly less than before?

The stuff is junk, and people are getting more wise to it?

Also the world has changed and people are buying eBooks on Amazon or through the Play Store.

Well they let me in and I'm not the sharpest pencil in the pack.

        Just apply and be truthful.

BTW, you don't have to have your own site to promote Amazon products - check out Squidoo. I have a one page site there (they call them lens's) and it makes sales day after day. Oh, and you don't even have to apply to Amazon, it's all done for you.

Affiliate marketing is going nowhere. Gravity is a measure of nothing important. It only shows you how many affiliates have made 1 sale of that product in a period of time. It doesn't necessarily equate to quality affiliates and massive sales.

Gravity is a lousy indicator of how popular a product is. It is simply how many different people have referred sales, not how many are being sold. Something could be very popular and you could create a website and promote a low gravity product with little competition from other affiliates.

...Even if you're on the right track, you'll get run over if you just set there.
