Different tiers of countries

So all we know that when you say Tier1 countries, you mean USA, UK, AUS, NZ, CA

What about the other countries? If we have tier1, logically there must be tier2 tier3 etc. countries. Can anybody explain me what are the next valuable countries used for getting clicks from (to make a list or provide clicks), and which countries are totally useless.

    I hate to discriminate but I run a dating site. I want USA, Canadian, UK etc. etc. members. They're valuable to me.

    On the whole Indian/Pakistan members post rubbish - fake photos, porn, etc. etc. etc.

    I blocked all of Africa apart from South Africa, as the scammer issue was out of control. Now it's under control.

    Really which traffic is valuable for you depends on your niche. When I was selling software I got sales from Costa Rica, Peru and all kinds of other countries you might not think were "valuable" to you.
