It has to be weight loss. It will always be an evergreen niche. People are desperate to lose weight nowadays.

If you're talking purely about earnings, anything in the loan niche. (Especially payday loans.) That being said, I have a moral objection to the niche so I'd go for something a little less offensive. So probably something to do with weight loss.

I found a huge forum that must have been ranking really well for all kinds of credit card related terms. Imagine having a forum with that kind of potential for huge AdSense clicks. Plus the forum was something any of us could have created - it wasn't part of a big organisation.

Another great niche is electronic cigarettes. This is a dream niche to monetise since so many companies want to give away samples of their products.
