Hello everyone,

I'm just starting out in the internet marking business. I'm looking for some help starting out.

Where should I start?

    Learn the following:


    1. How to do proper market research (e.g. this includes keyword research)
    2. How to find profitable niches
    3. How to develop a successful sales funnel (i.e. using landing pages, websites, convincing and enticing content)
    4. How to manage a pay per click campaign
    5. How to perform on-site and off-site search engine optimization for your websites
    6. How to build a website using wordpress (study other successful websites to learn what kinds of designs and presentation works best)
    7. How to write enticing content (i.e. articles and sales material)
    8. How to advertise using Facebook
    9. How to advertise using media buying

    Start here at the Warrior Forum and use Google to your advantage. There is a lot of free material out there to learn internet marketing. There are some places that offer free memberships with good resources and guides to learn important aspects of internet marketing. Places like Affilorama.com and Challenge.co

    I agree with Phil at #2

    Reading the WarriorForum for a while is the best thing you can do at the moment.

    Get familiar with the topics and techniques being discussed on here and when you are confident enough, maybe start a WordPress blog about something you are passionate about while you continue to learn.

      Alright, you are all right I should have been more specific. I'm 18 years old gonna graduate this spring and I need to think about what I'm gonna do for the rest of my life. I currently have a job and im working 25+ hours a week and going to school and I hate it I hate working for other people which I imagine most of you do too. I started affiliate marketing about a year ago and all I have been able to do is give a bunch of money to google and Bing and have no return. What is my best bet for trying again in affiliate marketing? I really wanna make this work.

    A warning: Be very, very careful of info overload/buying everything out there. Do as much upfront research as you can for free, find one thing you think you can run with for a while, and commit to it.

    It will take a little experimenting. I had a to try a bunch of things to finally figure out how I could make consistent income, but you just want to be intentional in the experimenting.

    Find something that sells and figure out how to get a ton of targeted traffic from the search engines. With the exception of Adsense, I've never been able to make money from websites that didn't receive a lot of traffic from search. Trying to push a product to people who aren't searching for it is no different than SPAMMING. I also made a full-time income by selling ebooks on Ebay, but that also counts as search.

    For getting fast cash you can go to fiverr or freelancer sites. If you have money to buy domain, hosting you can selling other people products as an affiliate or doing adsense.

      Selling on marketplaces is one of the best ways to get started. But if you can get tons of targeted traffic through search that can also make you money.
