Well, if your goal is to attract Google traffic then yes, Google likes fresh content. But you still have to write good content targeting quality keywords or there is no point realy.

You cannot have "Good Content" that "Targets Quality Keywords". This is creating content for Search Engines, which are just programs that scan websites to be included in search directories.

Once you get away from 'Making Search Engines Happy', you can start focusing on what your readers really want. Write your content for PEOPLE and let the search engines do what they were programmed to do.

It depends what your goal is. Do you want a whole bunch of untargeted non-buyer traffic?

Blog once a day or once every other day, but don't sacrifice quality for quantity. You'll receive better traffic when you post provide value to your visitors.

Regular and quality content is what you need.

Generally, the sites with higher quality articles that are added all the time do better than those that don't add anything new for weeks or months.

      so , let's put it simple .
must constant daily post new stuffs

      that it.

be it quality articles or not.

No, it is a mixture of both.

Let me put it this way.

If a site had one top quality posts and no other content, it may rank for one or two keywords but that will be it, it won't be anything significant.

If you had another site with lots and lots of 100 word posts, you would probably not rank for much if anything at all.

You need to put the two together for success.

Regular AND quality content wins every time.

I try so hard not to put people down, but your advice is terrible. Posting low quality content is a great way to lose your readers attention, have high bounce rates, and destroy your business... All at once. Way to go.

This is true, to a small extent. Yes, the more times you post content to your site, the more Search Engine spiders will crawl your site and give an opportunity for your site to rank.

But, if the content isn't worth reading in the first place... You'll have high bounce rates, no return visitors, and the visitors you do get won't be telling their friends...

If you stop focusing on "Search Engine this" and "Search Engine that", you can start focusing on PEOPLE and their problems.

Where do you find People? Social Networks!
Where do people share their problems AND discovered solutions? Social Networks!
What do most Search Engines look for when ranking a website? Popularity!

It all starts with getting PEOPLE to your website. The search engines will see that those people found your website helpful, and your SEO problems go out the window.

Without initial people visiting and sharing your website, you'll just be sitting on the Search Engine burner, waiting for that traffic you've been dreaming about. By the time you do get that traffic, it won't be worth the time and money you've invested into getting the traffic. Because you wanted to please Search Engines instead of pleasing PEOPLE.

If you started an offline business, would you first start your advertising by telling your friends and family? Or would you go tell Google and Bing and hope they send people to you?

Business STARTS and ENDS with PEOPLE.

Why Posting Every Day is a Silly Strategy (And What to Do Instead) (NOT aff link)

I personally post 1-2 times a week, although I try to have a good store of blog posts ready at any time.

I agree with this 100% Who are you communicating with? Your readers, or Google? First of all if you have a problem ... solve it. Then tell your story to your readers. Your not the Lone Ranger When you solve problems. Then provide answers to real problems. Once a day, or 3 times a week, etc. Tell your story. This is the best content.

Or else why don't we all just start out each post, each day with ... "Dear Google ... today I ..."

You should post once or twice per day at minimum because the more articles that you have, the more that you will appear in Google assuming that your articles are high quality and well optimized.

I tend to think that you need to please both your visitors and the search engines at the same time. You still need to practice good SEO to please the search engines for good rankings which helps you get traffic. But you also need to write quality content for your visitors so that they read and...convert!

If you can write a few new posts each week that should be just nice.

You might notice many blogs that are ranking well these days, but they are obviously not written for humans...
