Can Anyone Recommend a Wordpress Forms Plugin

Hi,

I need to find a Wordpress plugin free or paid that I can use for a services website for clients to fill in a form once they have submitted their payment.

I'm looking at Ninja Forms which is a free plugin and looks like what I need but I thought I'd check with the collective wisdom of Warrior Plus to maybe lead me in the direction of something better.

I will be using JV Zoo for payment processing if that makes any difference.

Steve,

If you are planning to use a form plugin with JV Zoo as a payment processing then I would definitely stick to Ninja Forms.

It includes a very powerful extension - PayPal Express.

After the payment, your customer is automatically redirected back to your thank you page. It also can track and save all transaction IDs and other analytics for each buyer. That is awesome!

Wordpress Formmaker is also very good. For just $29.99, you can use it on unlimited sites:

I've used it for a few of my clients and it works perfectly. Their support is also very responsive and very helpful.

Thanks for the suggestions, It looks like Ninja Forms is taking poll position with Igmans input and WordPress Form Builder a close second

I use Jotform, a free service. I'm not sure if they allow JV Zoo payments, though.

Hi Stevie,

I just want to mention another popular one that works well, called X Forms. You can easily create all kinds of different and nice looking forms with it so I think it would do the trick for you if you're still looking.

So far, the best one I have used would be the Ninja Forms. It is easy to work with, and gets you organized too! Try it. It's highly recommended.

By far my favorite contact form plugin for WP is Wordpress Google Forms. Google forms are free, functional and very ugly. The WP plugin helps make them look nicer and will generate a shortcode to insert them on your website page. Works very well and I use it all the time.
