[Advice]Will you buy a tool that help contacting bloggers/advertising/guest-posting on niche sites ?

Can i have some valuable feedback on a desktop software idea,pitched below:

Blogger outreach and PR is the thing most of the marketers and startup founders need to do. It includes researching blogs/websites/forums and then mailing the respective person. The task of contact extracting contact info like authors name , email , is tedious. Along with contact information we often want to check for advertising opportunities,rss feeds,social media handles.

What if it all can be extracted with a click , plus storing records and searching when required. *No montly charges, one time cost*

You will get below info on any url or bulk of ulrs

1.Contact us page
2.Emails
3.Authors contact details
4.Guest post url
5.Advertising/partership url
6.Add network used by site like Adsense,DoubleClick ,BuySellAds
6.Facebook,Google plus,twitter,linkedin handles
7.Rss feed and blog url
8.Page meta tags and title (for searching in future)
9.Store and search records by keywords
10.Export 1-8 to excel/csv.


Do you think it will sell,Will *you* be ready to buy it for less than 40$ ?

      This is a tool that one would use to create non-natural backlinks, also known as link spam.
      You got it wrongly. The intention is to use it for Blogger outreach and PR not for backlinks. You build meaningful contact database from it. I don't think its non-natural link generation , do you agree with me (please go thru features list once again).

      Lets say you are going through a site and you find it relevant to your niche. you can paste that link in the tool and it will get all the details you may need like "Advertise with us " links , authors contact page e.t.c.
