I've never heard of the business you're referring to but worry about the business stuff afterwards because the tax department is going to consider what you're doing as a hobby until it's profitable. For now focus on creating a valuable business. If it looks like you're making a lot of money - sure, consult a free accountant to help you organise your business - but don't ever pay for one because accountants are people who sell you information that will help you make more money so they must be a scam.

"...anything that ask you for money to make money is differently a scam." What sort of insane logic is that? I suspect you're pulling our leg but "if" that was the case then all business information would be a scam. Universities would be a scam, Accountants would be a scam and every single piece of information ever sold in the entire history of the planet that was business related would also be a scam.

Do you think (or would you prefer) that information on how to make money should all be free? If it was free how much effort do you think the author would put into making sure you get the right inforemation? That's right - none.

How to make or save money is (possibly) the most desirable of all information and yes there are some scams out there (usually they are pretty obvious) but don't make the common and extremely expensive mistake that believing that if someone wants to sell you information that could help your business it's a scam. That kind of thinking will keep you low.
