What are your biggest frustrations with managing your business?

    Well I am not sure if this answer will help you, but the biggest frustration for me is to manage time. So much to do and so little time. Well I do have a team that works with me and managing them and addressing their concerns takes away a lot of my time.

    Just the fatigue of it. Internet marketing when you are doing the grunt work is not really that entertaining at all. Often times you're writing on topics that you aren't that passionate about in an effort to make some money. A lot of the times it works, but sometimes your work doesn't pay off. In the end, it's better to win more than you lose, but looking back there's been sometimes where I wanted to hang it up because of the grunt work involved.

    I would have to say getting everything done and still doing things to earn short term money. I think that is a big problem for many people.

    My biggest problem is actually getting round to writing content and doing the things I need to do.

    I'm sure there are lots of other people on here who suffer from procrastination and I'm one of them.

    I'll comment on that part for me is figuring out thousands of government rules and all the things they think they are entitled to take that I have to give them each and every quarter. The power to regulate is the power to destroy and I think they destroy more business then anyone else. In any case they are my biggest frustration since I started a decade ago.

    Probably everything outside the business. More commonly referred to as 'distractions'.

    Women, Electronics, Fashion, Alcohol, Holidays, Video Games, Porn etc. They're an addiction difficult to break.

      Yes i agree with this. If there is online web app where you can manage your finances, will you pay for it ?

      What grunt work do you take time the most? (the most painful task). Is it building website or manage VA or SEO or other work? Please tell me specifically.

      Yes these are very true, getting things done and become productive is very crucial to achieve goals in our life.

      I have an idea to build web app with these elements:
      1. Dream book. You can list your dreams and upload images associated with it. These dreams will become your daily visualization task.
      2. getting things done (GTD). To do list with projects, tasks, collaborate with others.
      3. mindset change (related to NLP/mind programming). Daily tasks needed to reprogram your mind to have successful mindset, remove procrastination & distractions, get motivated, build more quality life, get productive and many more.

      Do you think those web app will be able to solve your issues? Will you pay for it (recurring)?

      I understand, there is nothing we can do about government rules, we can only push our-self to become better and pursue our dreams as best as we can.

    Practically the work that has to be in the business needs to be streamlined and managed for the betterment of the end result. And to achieve that in a better manner, I have been using the cloud based task management software from Replicon which manage the tasks in an organized fashion and helps gain the productivity for the betterment of the end result.

    The most Important thing I would say is traffic generation,
    and biggest frustration is that I can't use JVzoo and Warrior+ adaptive coz of paypal restrictions.. (Indian paypal) and I can't do anything about it
