In the planning phase. Need help. Music publishing company

I have a rough outline of something right now, and I'm hitting a few patches of "hmm what's the best way to do this". I have a more detailed outline in a word doc, but here is a brief description so you can know if you can help me or not.

AGBeats.com will be a website where recording artists can purchase exclusive rights to top quality rap instrumentals. It will first serve as a beat selling website for me, Alex Gray. After some profit is generated plans for expansion may include things such as artist development and promotion, management, publishing, etc. I would like to use this business to start generating a profit I can use to build bigger and better things, including business in other industries.

Basically, I plan to package and market my product in a way that most of these other producers/beat sellers out here aren't doing. I want to use value pricing to command higher prices in the market. By setting a higher price this will also deter amateur artists that will make crappy products and shed a negative light on my brand.

That will be another marketing element; the fact that not just anyone can hop on my songs. But we can talk about all that later.

Really I'm having issues with the contract side (need to see an ent. lawyer? which one? any recommendations?) And I need to make sure I understand the legality of tracking data of my website with Google Analytics.

Also, can any one direct me to a book or course that can help me get the most out of my analytic data to help me improve my business' marketing plan? I know they just changed it up a little.

I've been trying this for a while, but I wasn't doing it right at all before. Wasn't looking at it with the right state of mind. I took a break off, thought I could say screw it and work the rest of my life, then remembered why I started trying to do what I'm trying to do in the first place. This time, I want to do things right, and I know there are people on here who can help me. Let's talk business!

The site was already launched 1.5-2 years ago, so I have a little something going on there but it needs improvement. Here's a link if you want to have a look:
