Evergreen Niches vs. Low Competition Niches ?

A lot of people saying that i should enter a low competition niches rather than the evergreen niches because of its high competition. BUT, at the same time, those low competition niches haven't much forums/fan pages/articles/videos or almost doesn't have any.

I'm confused now, I should enter an Evergreen niche or Low Competition niche?

Regards,

I say evergreen is the way to go, I'm sure there are some low competition evergreen niches not yet saturated, just gotta get creative!
The same goes for the low competition niches, maybe your looking at the wrong ones, gotta find a good balance of competition and people looking for that niche.

I would say you are much better off entering an evergreen niche,Go where the money is getting spent the most.It is certainly easier to make more of a name for yourself in a low competition niche but i think there is a reason that they are low competition as marketers have done there research and figured out that it is probably not worth entering.

You should go into an evergreen niche that you care passionately about.

It's the part in bold that enables you to make your mark, no matter how many other people there are in that niche.

The secret is both. Pick the evergreen niche of your choice and then after you build your authority site or sites you do some research and find low comps and make a few sites that will rank easy and add one link that will actually lead to your main authority site.

Plain and simple and Google will never mess with you.

Go for an evergreen niche, but make sure you go for a highly searched, low competition keyword(s) if you're building websites.

How about a niche within an evergreen competitive market such as weight loss? Weight loss for example, while evergreen, isn't really a niche.

It's way too huge and general, but you can drastically reduce your competition by picking something like yoga for new moms who want to lose the pregnancy fat; then you have a niche much easier to compete in than the general market.

But my main suggestion is it don't do what most people do: don't agonize over decisions like this for days or weeks until you weary of the process and never get started. Instead try to take no more than an hour to pick your niche. You can make a few less than ideal choices, learn from them, and change course many times while the average person is still trying to decide what to do.
