How do you increase the number of affiliates on your affiliate program?

[Issue]
I have just rolled out an affiliate program (Buzz Humming). Buzz Humming is a system of managing the best match for both English speakers and Made-in-Japan Sellers/Shops.


I keep on trying increasing the number of the affiliates with SNS, but it don't work well.
Please advise me how to make you interest and join my service.

    It seems to me that the problem is the market is too tight. It is too specific for affiliates to see any value in it. Perhaps you can run a small launch and get your earnings per click to show that there is actually a market and profits to be made. Just my thoughts

    I guess you right.
    I will first run the small launch by myself, and generate the value. And share it with affiliates. There is a huge demand to use affiliate in Japan though. The issue I have is to generate the value affiliates are interested in.

    It also helps if you split the earnings 80/20 or 90/10 in the beginning, just to get the affiliates on board. Later you can change it with other launches.
