Is this possible with $100?

The most popular blog in my niche has opened a forum. Their blog is 100x more popular than mine, so I'm crapping my pants their forum will overtake mine.

How can I keep the lead without blackhat? Or at least, without blackhat that will affect my Google rankings and adSense?

How to get 1,000,000 REAL, interested visitors from NATIVE SPEAKING ENGLISH countries to the site with $100? Is it possible?

Other ideas to stay ahead of the game? I'm not big money, but I've got a little to play with. MY MAIN GOAL: Attract users who are actually interested and who will hopefully return and even more hopefully will post something and contribute.

I feel the site is excellent. We already have a strong start with several thousand real posts and 50k uniques a month. I just need to take it to the next level and keep my lead on this guy.

Ideas appreciated!!

Fiverr? Facebook promotion? Hire someone to do it? The problem with the 3rd is I have no idea who to trust and I don't have a big budget.

I'm pooping pants here! Ideas ideas! Thanks!

I would first say, keep doing what you're doing. Obviously, something is working. You have to build slow.

That being said, if the main keyword you're looking to rank for is not extremely competitive, you might consider looking at a couple SEO services provided here in the warriors for hire section. It puts the ball in their court. If they don't deliver, you don't pay/get your money back. Obviously, it's not a magic button you press. You have to have reasonable expectations.

Without more info about your site/your competitor, it's hard to say too much more.

Your competition has provided the social grounds for like minded people to gather. That doesn't mean you can't be a part of that community, share your ideas, and have a link to related information in your profile and signature (Provided you follow the forum rules).

It's only competition if you believe it's competition.

    No.

But, if you want to increase your traffic, learn from your competition. Look at how they are driving traffic. Chances are, their website addresses more issues or talks more about points of interest in their niche. In turn, they attract more consumers to their website. Also, ranking well and being visible to the people who are interested in your topic is very important.

Develop a better SEO (on-site and off-site search engine optimization) campaign, more content (i.e. finding out what attracts people in your niche and writing about it on your website), dive into video marketing (i.e. capture the group of people who search for videos around your niche; make videos addressing points of interest in your niche) for starters.

First you should not worry about your competition. If you focus too much on what they are doing then you will lose because you are trying to outdo what they do.

Be the leader and let them worry about what you are doing
