Where To Get Quality Image For My Blog Post?

hi warrior,
it happened that the image site am using are currently offline, which made it hard for me to get image for my blog post, though i went online now to do some searching but most of the results am getting are not good enough for my liking, so i want to ask that where can i get good ones at affordable price. What kind of images are you looking for? To get the best quality of course, you need to browse the various stock agencies. They spend a lot of time and money making sure images are as close to perfect as they can be before allowing them to go on sale. Some sites are better known for food photos while others may be heavily weighted towards artistic shots, vectors or drawings.

Crowd sourced sites are popular because you can sometimes find great quality for free, but I'd question the value if it takes you many hours to find. The commercial legality of some of the images is also debatable.

The stock image sites are all good and you can get some great images but they can be expensive and even the cheap ones all add up.

Can you not just take your own. I used to buy stock but now when Im out I take shots of random stuff.... Just with my phone. People in shops. shopping cntrs, My cup of coffee, trainer (sneaker) displays and when I use them I can apply slight blur, add text and really make them look like something else.

I also take quick shots of adverts in street and shop windows to give me ideas for website colours/images etc.
