Anybody have email scripts to downsell after customer requests a refund or membership cancellation:?
The title is self-explanatory, but when a customer requests a refund to a paid membership, what type of downsell email scripts have you found effective?
I remember Eben Pagan had a great downsell email when you request a refund for one of his products, it actually made me remain a customer.
