Business Plan for Membership site? Help Please

INTERNET MARKETING

Hi Guys

I have been working as a freelance web developer for more than 5 years. Now I am planning to start a membership site where I can help my members related to wordpress themes/plugins. Providing them how to tutorials, technical details etc. But have no idea how to make a business plan? What to offer to my members on regular basis so they happy to sustain membership for months or even years.

Any help or guide would be highly appreciated.
